This Privacy Policy applies to reflexxo.com (“we”, “our”, “Service”) and describes how we handle information in connection with the Psychological Reflection voice session service.
During a voice session we process your voice (audio) and the resulting text and AI responses in order to provide the service. This data is sent to third-party APIs (e.g. for speech recognition, AI, and speech synthesis) as necessary to operate the Service. We do not store session content on our servers for the current version of the product; session data is processed in real time and not retained by us after the session ends. We may collect technical information such as IP address and browser type for operational and security purposes.
The Service relies on external providers for speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and AI. Their use of data is governed by their respective privacy policies. We do not control how they retain or use data once it is sent to them.
You can choose not to use the Service. Not using the service means we do not process your voice or session content. You can clear browser data (e.g. local storage) used by the site at any time.
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
